Professional Development. Scholars and educators who are interested in global public relations are invited to spend their sabbaticals, professional development leaves or mid-term breaks at CGPR. The Center does not provide stipends or financial aid, although opportunities for part-time teaching may be available. The Center will cooperate fully with international scholars’ applications for fellowships to perform research at the CGPR and will support efforts to find housing.
Traveling Road Show. Each year, CGPR sponsors a Traveling Road Show featuring public relations professors from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte; the show is available free to any university in North Carolina and available for a small fee to out-of-state institutes.
Guest teaching. Center faculty are available for classroom presentations at international sites to lecture on topics related to global public relations.
Seminars. Every spring, the CGPR hosts a Seminar focusing on a global public relations topic. More information is available under the Events section of our website.
